As a support engineer you are the first point of contact for the user of an application in case of an incident or a service request. You speak customer-oriented with the user and you summarize the incident as clearly as possible. The incidents are registered in the service management tool. You mainly work independently on the incidents and service requests. When necessary, you work with a colleague to come up with the best possible solution together, as quickly as possible.

Your mission
As a Support Engineer, you are the crucial link between the user and an optimally functioning IT environment. You are the first point of contact for incidents and service requests and ensure fast, customer-oriented handling. With your analytical skills and technical expertise, you register, investigate and solve problems efficiently, thereby minimizing the impact on users.
You work independently on issues and, where necessary, consult with colleagues to arrive at the best solution. With your structured and solution-oriented approach, you contribute to a stable and efficient IT environment. In addition, you identify recurring issues and proactively think about improvements in processes and technologies, so that the service is continuously optimized.
With your communication skills and service-oriented mindset, you ensure a positive user experience and support the organization in its growth and digital innovation.
