Your mission

As a Financial/Business Controller, you ensure transparent, stable and efficient financial management within the organization. You are responsible for accurate financial reporting, clearly communicating monthly, quarterly and annual figures to stakeholders. Through your sharp analyzes and cost awareness, you advise on budgets, forecasts and cost-saving measures that contribute to strategic growth.

You ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP and local regulations, guide audits and develop internal control systems to minimize financial risks. In addition, you play a key role in process optimization, using technological innovations to increase efficiency. With a proactive and solution-oriented approach, you help to make the organization future-proof and to continuously improve.
